WESCIPES 2: Lasagna masala musings, part I

I've heard of Mexican lasagna. Indian lasagna? I'm in the logistics stages . . . I think it could work, especially if you add rice in a layer . . . I'm not too sure what I think about cheese or cheeses yet.
